His Excellency the Governor of Cocle in the Republic of Panama bestowed on professor Otto Federico von Feigenblatt the Order of Juan Demóstenes Arosemena on behalf of the Ministry of the Interior. The solemn ceremony took place at the Governor's Palace in the City of Cocle and it was attended by several government ministers and by local notables. I am truly grateful for this important honor.
