Ambassador Otto F. von Feigenblatt chaired a seminar on Governance on the 11th of November. The seminar was held at the prestigious Royal Anthropological Institute of Great Britain (London, United Kingdom). The seminar was attended by local and international government officials and academics. Ambassador von Feigenblatt emphasized the value and importance of open channels of communication between practitioners and scholars. H.E. Minister Frederic Lefevre of France talked about the role of France in Europe and Professor Arian Galdini of Albania talked about the challenges inherent in the process of European integration.
