Ambassador Otto Federico von Feigenblatt Ambassador Otto F. von Feigenblatt, a distinguished academician and member of several royal academies in Spain and Mexico, has an extensive educational background with degrees from Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University, Chulalongkorn University, and Harvard University, including a PhD and an EdD from Nova Southeastern University. Knighted by King Phillip VI of Spain for his contributions to social sciences and leadership studies, von Feigenblatt has earned multiple doctorates and over ten honorary doctorates, reflecting his interdisciplinary research in management, international development, and applied anthropology. Currently, he serves as the Deputy Permanent Observer to the United Nations for the OIJ and was recently appointed as an adviser for education with ambassadorial rank by the Secretary General of the Andean Parliament.
