Ambassador Otto F. von Feigenblatt is an academician of the Royal Academy of Doctors of Spain, the Royal Academy of Economics and Financial Sciences of Spain, and the National Academy of History of Mexico. He was knighted by King Phillip VI of Spain with the Royal Order of Isabella the Catholic for his contributions to the social sciences and to the study of leadership in Spain and in Latin America. Ambassador von Feigenblatt's research is interdisciplinary, and he holds multiple earned doctorates and has received more than ten honorary doctorates for his research and service.
His research focuses on the nexus between management and international development with a focus on applied anthropology. He served as AMBASSADOR and Deputy Permanent Observer to the United Nations for the OIJ during the 77th General Assembly. In November 2023 he was appointed adviser for education with ambassadorial rank by the Secretary General of the Andean Parliament. He is currently serving as Andean Parliament Special Envoy for Education (Cabinet Level).
