Dr. Ricardo Martins, Distinguished Fellow of the "Ambassador Otto Federico von Feigenblatt" Lecture Series for Peace, Development, and Education is having a profound impact on African educational policy. Professor Dr. Martins is the head of the prestigious Portuguese Pedago educational group as well as one of the most successful education consultants in Africa. Dr. Martins is actively cooperating with the Interuniversity Lecture Series on several projects dealing with education and international development.
