His Excellency Dr. Javier Aranceta Bartrina, President of the Royal Academy of Medicine of the Basque country will be one of the keynote speakers at the North American Regional Forum on Youth, Education, and Research which will take place on the 1st of November in the City of Mexico. The event will be held at the National Academy of History and Geography. Professor Aranceta is one of most highly cited scholars in Spain and has an H-index of 77 and over 22,000 citations, making him one of the most prominent researchers in Western Europe.

The North American Regional Forum will follow up on the issues to be identified in the Second Interuniversity Conference on Youth, Education, and Research to be held in Madrid, Spain. The conclusions reached in this important forum will guide the topics to be discussed in the Third Interuniversity Conference to be held in 2025 in the United Kingdom.
