Dr. Carlos Aparicio, Fellow of the “Ambassador Otto Federico von Feigenblatt” Interuniversity Lecture Series presented the certificate of membership to the Universidad Sergio Arboleda of Colombia at a private ceremony on the 27th of February. The certificate of membership was received by Dr. Victor Hugo Malagon, Vice Rector for Institutional Relations. Dr. Malagon also received his personal certificate as a new fellow of the Interuniversity Lecture Series.
