Barony of Braemar signs agreement with the Municipality of Salinas, Ecuador (March, 2026)

The Barony of Braemar signed a cooperation agreement with the Municipality of Salinas in Ecuador. The Much Honoured Ambassador Otto Federico von Feigenblatt of Braemar, Baron of Braemar, led a delegation composed of Ms. Raquel Grünauer Espinoza, Chief of Staff, and Mr. Miguel Angel Alava Alcivar, Chamberlain. The Municipality was represented by the Honorable Dennis Córdova Secaira, Mayor, and and by the Director of International Cooperation. At the core of the cooperation is the Barony's support with scholarships valued at over $2 million with a focus on sustainable tourism.
