Ambassador Otto F. von Feigenblatt was received on an official visit to the Senate of the Republic of France. The Ambassador was received by Senator Deromedi who presented him with the Medal of the Senate of France. This is one of the most important honors bestowed by the French Republic. The Senator congratulated the Ambassador for his many contributions to academia and to diplomacy. Ambassador von Feigenblatt expressed his profound respect for French culture and institutions. The ceremony followed a gala lunch at the Salon Napoleon.
