Ambassador Otto F. von Feigenblatt made an official visit to the City of Hardricourt in France. The Ambassador was received by the Honorable Mayor Jan Scott. A ceremony at City Hall to make the Ambassador an Honorary Citizen was followed by lunch. Ambassador von Feigenblatt stressed the importance of local government in terms of development and good governance.
