LONDON, UK — August 21, 2026 — The Barony of Braemar has formally announced an expansive development phase following a personal excursion to Osterley House by the Baron of Braemar. The Baron's visit focused heavily on the historic architectural work of Robert Adam, specifically his brilliant integration of structural residences with surrounding natural landscapes. This masterful approach will serve as the primary design benchmark for the Barony’s upcoming projects.

The Barony has approved master landscape plans to completely redesign the grounds of two of its existing principal seats. These extensive renovations will apply neoclassical design principles to harmonize the historic properties with their updated surrounding parklands.

In conjunction with these design initiatives, the Barony is quietly advancing its international holdings. The Baron of Braemar will soon finalize the acquisition of a third estate located within the American mountain region, which is slated to serve as a private hunting retreat.
