The Barony of Braemar and the House of Feigenblatt held a high-level meeting with Her Excellency Carla Gutiérrez, President of the Central American Parliament and with His Excellency José Salomón Herrera Funes, President of the Education Commission.  The Barony of Braemar was represented by The Much Honoured Ambassador Otto Federico von Feigenblatt of Braemar, Baron of Braemar, who is currently serving as Ambassador and Permanent Representative of the House to PARLACEN, and by Ms. Raquel Grünauer Espinoza, Chief of Staff and Deputy Permanent Representative.

The Barony discussed a new wave of projects to follow up on the scholarship programs that were implemented in 2025. Among the areas in which the Barony will be supporting the region are language programs for the tourism industry, continuing education for teachers and university professors, reskilling targeting eco-tourism, and training in Artificial Intelligence. The Barony of Braemar and the House of Feigenblatt are the only subnational entities with official permanent missions accredited to the Central American Parliament.
