Dr. Otto F. von Feigenblatt received a "Resolution of Honor" from the National Assembly of the Republic of Ecuador. The National Assembly bestowed the honor based on his many contributions to the field of education. Assemblywoman Reyes presented the resolution during a solemn ceremony at the Club de la Union in Guayaquil.
