His Excellency Dr. Rodrigo Borja Cevallos, 36th President of Ecuador received the livery collar of the House of Feigenblatt in a private ceremony in Quito. The ceremony took place on the 30th of July in his residence in the outskirts of the capital of Ecuador. His Excellency Ambassador Otto Federico von Feigenblatt, Head of the House, presented the livery collar with the assistance of Mr. Miguel Alava Alcivar, Private Secretary, and Dr. Mathew J. Anderson, member of the House. President Borja Cevallos paid close attention to education during his administration and is the author of several important books dealing with political science.
