The trees of Everwise Hall (August, 2025)

It is important to protect trees. It takes over thirty years to see a fully grown Slash Pine and over fifty to see a fully grown Oak. Many landowners decide to cut down their trees because it makes landscape maintenance easier, but this comes at a high ecological cost. At Everwise Hall we have respected local hardwoods to complement more formal areas of the gardens. Our trees provide sanctuary to a wide range of local species such as Owls, Woodpeckers, Bluejays, among many others.
