The Baron of Braemar Virtual Forum on Artificial Intelligence and Leadership, organized by the House of Feigenblatt, brings together leading international specialists to analyze the relationship between Artificial Intelligence and contemporary leadership. The forum proposes a space for reflection on the power, opportunities and risks posed by AI in governance, education, strategic communication and public decision-making.
Target audience:
Open, with a special focus on professionals and students linked to politics, public policymaking, public management and leadership.

Lord Braemar is currently serving as the Andean Parliament Special Envoy for Education, a cabinet level appointment made by the Secretary General. His lordship is the author of over one hundred peer-reviewed academic articles and several books. Ambassador Otto Federico von Feigenblatt is an elected academician of the prestigious Royal Academy of Doctors of Spain, the Royal Academy of Economics and Financial Sciences of Spain, the Academy of Diplomacy of the Kingdom of Spain, the Academy of History of Ecuador, and the National Academy of History and Geography of Mexico. The Baron has received important international accolades for his lordship's research and for his impact as a scholar such as being knighted by His Majesty King Felipe VI of Spain with the Order of Isabella the Catholic, the Medal of the French Senate, the Dr. Vicente Rocafuerte Decoration from the National Assembly of the Republic of Ecuador, the Condecoración Simón Bolívar of the Andean Parliament, the medal of Central American Merit of the Central American Parliament, and the Grand Cross of the Order of President Arosemena of the Ministry of the Interior of Panama, among many others. Lord Braemar has also received more than ten honorary doctorates for his research, and his latest book is titled “Ethics in Social Science Research”. Lord Braemar served as ambassador and deputy permanent observer of the International Youth Organization to the United Nations from 2023-2024 before moving on to his current position. From an academic perspective he is honorary professor at the School of Education, University of Southampton, and Dean of Global Relations – Latin Division, Keiser University.

With more than 18 years of experience, she has led programs that integrate inclusive learning, 21st century competencies, and academic transformation in various sectors. She is president of Global Innovation Learning Services and founder of the ROZ Foundation, promoting projects that promote equity, innovation and human development. His work stands out for integrating AI ethically, leading interagency projects and creating sustainable educational solutions.
Mr. Alejandro Formanchuk, Associate Fellow of the House of Feigenblatt
Founder of the Argentine Association of Internal Communication, Specialist in organizational communication and digital transformation
International benchmark in organizational communication, digital transformation and corporate culture. He has advised more than 500 organizations in 25 Latin America and Europe. Honorary President of the Argentine Association of Internal Communication. His work focuses on new communication paradigms in the age of AI and the future of work.

Dr. Tae-Hee Choi, Associate Professor, Collar Member of the House of Feigenblatt
Associate Professor and Director of Internationalisation, University of Southampton
Specialist in comparative education policies, digital governance and social justice. Her research analyzes how digitalization transforms schooling, teaching and public policymaking. He has advised 14 governments on the integration of AI in education and leads the international agenda of the Southampton Education School. Her work combines scientific evidence and practical strategies to support sustainable education reforms.

Professor of Pharmacology, Vice-Rector for Research, Science and Doctorate, and President of the Research Ethics Committee of the Camilo José Cela University (Madrid). Researcher at the Hospital 12 de Octubre Research Institute. Author and editor of 33 books and more than 850 scientific publications, 200 of them in JCR journals (h-index: 48). World leader in psychopharmacology and higher education in health sciences.
