The House of Feigenblatt expresses its deepest sorrow for the passing of His Excellency Dr. Rodrigo Borja Cevallos, 36th President of the Republic of Ecuador and Collar Member of the House of Feigenblatt.

Dr. Borja Cevallos leaves an indelible mark on national and Hispanic American history. His Excellency’s public life was marked by a firm support for education and regional development. A rigorous intellectual, lucid jurist and statesman of deep convictions, he contributed decisively to the institutional strengthening of Ecuador and to contemporary political thought.

The House of Feigenblatt, presented Dr. Borja Cevallos a livery collar as a high recognition of his ethical, academic and political career, as well as His Excellency’s commitment to education, peace, and development.

In this moment of pain, we express our solidarity with his family, friends and the Ecuadorian people, certain that his legacy will continue to illuminate the path of present and future generations.
