Professor von Feigenblatt recognized by Congress

Professor Otto Federico von Feigenblatt was surprised by the Honorable Adriano Espaillat, Member of Congress of the United States of America, with a proclamation of recognition from Congress. Professor von Feigenblatt was overwhelmed by the kindness of the congressman and by the proclamation issued by Congress recognizing his work as an academic. Mr. Roland Cespedes, Deputy Manager of the Congressman's office was sent by the congressman to present the proclamation at the Harvard Club of New York City. The ceremony was also attended by a representative of the Dominican-American Chamber of Commerce.
